We have a business in Lake Geneva and needed a new rooftop unit. Peck & Weis had a new one in stock and worked in a timely manner to obtain the proper permits to get the job started expeditiously. The workers showed up at the scheduled time of 7:30 a.m. and had the job completed by 10:30 a.m. Perfect timing! The outside temperature was -15°F that day. These guys work hard, smart, and efficiently. I would recommend Peck & Weis for heating/air conditioning and plumbing.

5 stars is not enough to describe the service from Peck & Weis. On the hottest day of the summer, a power surge at 5:30 p.m. took out my thermostat. From the time I called to the time it was repaired was just over 1 hour, and I'm not in a major city. We have an old house, and our electrical started acting crazy over the weekend. I called for service and had an electrician call us back. We explained the problem, and rather than coming out to diagnose and charge us emergency weekend rates, he gave us some advice over the phone. It ended up being an outside line issue that the electric company had to come and fix. While we didn’t end up needing their services, I greatly appreciate their honesty.
