We called this morning about issues with one furnace and both of our Nest thermostats, concerned about pipes freezing while we were away from home. John arrived only an hour or so after our call, and adjusted our wiring on both thermostats and cleared the drain lines in both furnaces. We can now confidently monitor our HVAC with Nest.
